Since 1994, HELP has been providing free legal services to low-income and disenfranchised people infected and affected by HIV/AIDS in Miami Dade County with representation on matters ranging from employment or housing discrimination to parents deprived of their right to see their children, to exploitation based upon HIV status. HELP ensures that people are treated with dignity and have full access to their legal and civil rights as well as public benefits.
